Santa Ana Service Center is a design build project that consist of a new 4,656SF logistic building, 6,480SF truck parking canopy and infrastructure for 60 new EV chargers. The final product is to be a pre-engineered metal shop building that will house a shop area, secured tool storage room, unisex restroom, security room, electrical room, telecom equipment room and janitor’s closet. The new truck canopy is to cover 7 trucks at a time. New electrical conduit is to be run underground to provide future electrical for 60 EV charging stations. The new Logistic Building meets LEED Gold Standards.
