MSH Construction is recognized as a leader in safety compliance.  We are proudly partnered with ISNetworld a third-party safety organization that continuously grades our safety performance.  We maintain an A grade with Southern California Edison and Sempra Energy.

Safety Certifications

Our safety team holds quarterly safety meetings that go over lessons learned and we bring in a third-party safety compliance company to provide relevant training modules. We ask and listen to what the field needs to better our award-winning safety practices. 

Our field team currently holds safety certifications in:

  • Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP)
  • Scissor Lift Operator Training
  • Bobcat (Skid Steer) Operator Training
  • First Aid/ CPR/ AED
  • Silica Awareness
  • Ladder Safety
  • CAL/OSHA Emergency Wildfire Smoke Regulation Training
  • OSHA 30  
  • Our entire team has completed AB 1825 and SB 1343 Respectful Workplace training ensuring everyone at MSH is educated and treats others with respect and dignity

How We Stay Safe

Our field team goes through ongoing, rigorous training programs to ensure they are prepared for all job site hazards. Working safely prevents incidents and accidents and ensures everyone goes home safe. Our superintendents possess decades of onsite experience and are highly qualified. MSH’s safety team does weekly job site observation walk throughs using iAuditor by Safety Culture to prepare our reports. This technology allows us to track trends and monitor progress.
