We maintain a high state of readiness through continuous training, with all employees certified in OSHA 30, CPR/AED, First Aid, and over 20 additional construction-related courses. To maintain constant attention to detail, our staff participates in corporate and jobsite safety meetings to discuss emerging trends, regulatory shifts, and process improvements. Finally, we prioritize prevention by emphasizing thorough preplanning and utilizing a software-based inspection system to identify hazardous patterns and implement corrective actions before accidents occur.

With over 20 years of experience in construction environments, Mark serves as the Safety Manager for MSH Construction. He is responsible for the strategic oversight of the firm’s comprehensive safety program, ensuring that every project—from ground-up developments to complex renovations—operates under the highest standards of health and regulatory compliance.
Mark’s approach centers on the philosophy that “safety is a value, not just a priority.” He works closely with project teams and subcontractors to identify potential hazards before they reach the field, conducting rigorous site audits and leading proactive “toolbox talks.”
